Vital Rewards is your personal rewards program. You earn one point for every $1 spent on your purchases (retail and salon-size). Earn enough points within a quarter to reach Level 1 or higher, and you’ll receive store credits, which can then be used on future purchases.

Am I eligible for Vital Rewards?
You must be a Business Account holder to be eligible for Vital Rewards.
How do I join the program?
Business account holders are enrolled in the program and begin earning points automatically.
How to I earn points?
When you shop with Vital Plus you will receive one point for every one dollar you spend, on retail and salon-size products. Earn enough points in a quarter and you will receive a reward. Points accrue automatically and are viewable in your account profile
Where can I see how many points I have?
You’ll be able to see your points accruing with every dollar spent in your account profile
Can I be paid cash instead of a store credit?
No. Rewards are given only as store credit. Neither points nor store credit may be redeemed in cash.
