T&C’s

1. The Promotion runs from 9am, Monday 3rd August until 4pm, Monday 31 August, or until free trial product stocks last.
2. Customers who spend a minimum of $500 (exclusive of GST, before shipping) in a single qualifying transaction during the Promotional Period will receive 1 free trial product for every $100 spent.
3. The maximum number of free trials able to be received under this Promotion is 50, regardless of total spend over $5000.
4. Free trials are allocated at random from the available trial product range and cannot be selected or requested by the customer.
5. Free trials are automatically added at checkout or fulfilment once the minimum spend threshold is met; no promotional code is required.
6. Limited to one (1) redemption per customer account for the duration of the Promotion, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made.
7. Trials are calculated on the qualifying spend amount, exclusive of shipping costs, and after any discounts or credits have been applied.
8. Free trials have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for credit, and are not available for separate purchase.
9. If a qualifying order is subsequently returned, cancelled, or refunded such that the remaining spend falls below $500, we reserve the right to reclaim, invoice for, or deduct the value of the free trials provided.
